Ngày nay, trong thế giới điện toán, giá cả các thiết bị phần cứng và phần mềm mỗi ngày một rẻ. Các tiện ích được dễ dàng sử dụng hơn bao giờ hết. Website tạm hiểu là trang tin điện tử của một cá nhân hay tổ chức. Có tiền lập một website đơn giản, chỉ khoảng 50 Mỹ kim là đã có một trang website cá nhân. Nếu là tổ chức có đầu tư thì chỉ khoảng 300 Mỹ kim là có một website làm trang báo ngôn luận cơ bản. Số lượng website trên địa cầu mọc lên như nấm, nhưng số lượng phải giải tán cũng rất nhiều.

Người lên không gian mạng đó thường dùng bút danh. Nước Mỹ vào khoảng năm 2005 thống kê được chỉ có khoảng 30% người dùng tạo tài khoản Internet là dùng tên thật. Bút danh là tên giả, không phải tên thật, và do đó không phải chịu trách nhiệm trước nhà nước thế tục về những gì viết ra. Ai nấy thích viết gì thì viết. Hiệp chủng quốc Hoa Kỳ thì không chặn (block) bất kỳ website nào. Vì vậy một người có thể viết xấu về người kia. Tuy là thế giới ảo nhưng vết thương thì lại thật. Phân tâm học cho biết trên 70% hành vi của con người là do tiềm thức quyết định, vì vậy một vết thương trong tiềm thức sẽ đi theo con người lâu dài, nhiều năm. Nạn nhân của việc lạm dụng quyền tự do ngôn luận thường bị sốc. Đến nỗi, một người đang mạnh khỏe vui vẻ bình an, bị chửi trên mạng có thể phát ốm. Hành động khoác áo ẩn danh này, ngôn ngữ trong xã hội Việt đang gọi đó là “bạo lực ngôn ngữ.”

Những trang tự do ngôn luận kiểu tha hồ nói xấu cá nhân người khác thường không tồn tại lâu. Một trang thông tin muốn tồn tại lâu thì cần phải trung thực. Một cơ cấu trung thực, càng đi sâu vào thì càng sáng rõ.

Quy định của Tổ chức quản lý tên miền quốc tế (ICANN) đưa ra để người ta có trách nhiệm hơn, quy định này yêu cầungười làm website phải khai báo họ tên thật và đang thử làm các chế tài xung quanh người vi phạm luật này. Tuy vậy cũng rất khó vì địa chỉ (IP) của các chủ website thường xuyên thay đổi, xử phạt được thường là khi hậu quả đã nặng nề. Điều tra cho ra được IP (địa chỉ địa lý đăng ký sử dụng Internet) rất khó khăn vì đây là công việc xuyên quốc gia.

Một trang website, nếu quá đáng, cũng bị cộng đồng ký tên yêu cầu xóa, như các trang phim Sex rất độc hại với tuổi thiếu niên. Tác giả các phim Sex thường là những người thất bại trong đời sống hôn nhân và ít hiểu biết đúng đắn về tình dục. Vì vậy phim Sex nông cạn không dạy cho các em cách đi tìm bạn khác giới, đừng nói gì đến hôn nhân, thậm chí chúng còn dẫn các em đến nạn thủ dâm mà nhiều người đã trải nghiệm. Có trang còn bày cho các em tự sát. Có tổ chức Cá Voi Xanh còn xúi người ta chơi trò chơi trên Internet, mà kết thúc trò chơi là mệnh lệnh tự tử. Bình an thực sự dường không có trên Internet. Ngoài đời thì con người lại càng xa nhau, cuộc sống mỗi ngày một khép kín. Hành động công khai thì ngày càng ít, mà ngôn từ giấu mặt thì ngày càng nhiều. Internet là không gian đa quốc gia cho nên việc áp dụng luật pháp của riêng một quốc gia để xử phạt cá nhân giống như dùng dao mổ trâu để làm thịt một con chim sẻ.

Cuộc sống lại ngày càng bị gắn chặt vào Internet. Các thông báo của chính phủ đều trên Internet. Giao tiếp với hàng xóm, mua sắm thiết yếu hàng ngày cũng Internet. Sau mùa dịch Corona virus 2019, đến năm 2020 này những người ưa thích lối sống cổ điển không muốn dùng laptop và smartphone cũng không được. Vì vậy, mọi tổ chức đều muốn khai thác triệt để Internet. Thời buổi lợi nhuận là trên hết, cho nên trên Internet hại nhiều hơn lợi.

Chẳng lẽ Internet lại là một chốn không ai quản? Không ai quản thì những em nhỏ chưa đủ miễn dịch sẽ không chống chọi được, thường sẽ bị suy kiệt cả về thể xác lẫn tinh thần. Quốc tế, mà cụ thể là Hoa Kỳ đang cứng rắn hơn đối với tài khoản sử dụng Internet. Tên miền sinh động, ví dụ .org và .net vẫn còn do Hoa Kỳ kiểm soát và Hoa Kỳ trên lý thuyết vẫn có thể chặn với bất kỳ trang web nào không đứng đắn.

Vì số trang mạng không đứng đắn mọc ra ngày càng nhiều, nên phải cần có thêm những trang ngay chính để tái cân bằng. Các tác giả trau chuốt, cẩn thận ngôn từ như nước rửa trôi những cặn bẩn trên mạng. Các tác giả ấy cần được khuyến khích. Sẽ không ngoa khi gọi đó là những cán bộ, những tông đồ trên mặt trận văn hóa. Ai cũng viết được, chỉ cần có lương tâm. Viết ngắn quá thì đôi khi gây nhầm lẫn, làm cho người đọc hơi tiếc. Nếu đi sâu và chi tiết hơn thì tốt. Để viết được như vậy, đòi hỏi phải có điều kiện, có nhân sự, tức là phải có chương trình hành động kiên nhẫn lâu dài. Môi trường Internet khi đó chắc chắn sẽ được sử dụng cách trong sáng hơn và đem đến nhiều lợi ích cho con người. Vấn đề còn lại là làm thế nào để những con người liêm chính liên kết được với nhau./.

Today, in the world of computing, the prices of hardware and software devices are getting cheaper every day. The applications are easier to use than ever before. The website is roughly understood as the website of an individual or an organization. It costs about $50 for setting up a simple personal website only. If it is an investment organization, it is only about $300 to have a website as a basic newspaper site. The number of websites worldwide has appeared like mushrooms, but the number of disbanded is also a lot.

People who go online often use their pseudonyms. In 2005, in the United States, only about 30% of users creating Internet accounts were using their real names. Most of the nicknames are pseudonyms, not real names, and therefore are not held accountable to the secular state for their writings. Everyone can write what they like. The United States does not block any websites. So one person may write badly about the other. Although it is a virtual world, the wound is real. Psychoanalysis says that over 70% of human behavior is subconsciously determined, so trauma to the subconscious will follow the person for many years. The victims of the abuse of the right to freedom of speech are often shocked. So much so that, a healthy, happy, and peaceful person can get sick after being cursed online. This anonymous act of cloaking, the language in Vietnamese society is calling it "linguistic violence."

Free-to-talk sites that defame individuals often don't last long. An information site that wants to last a long time needs to be honest. An honest structure, the deeper it goes, the brighter it becomes.

The provisions of the International Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) put people more accountable, requiring website owners to declare their real names and trying to do sanctions around violators. However, it is also very difficult because the (IP) addresses of website owners often change, the penalty is often when the consequences got severe. Investigating the IP (geographic address registered to use the Internet) is very difficult because it is a cross-country job.

A website, if it is too extreme, is also requested by the community to be removed, like the porn sites that are very harmful to teenagers. Authors of porn movies are often those who fail in their married life and have little knowledge of sexual matters. So the porn movies do not teach children how to find heterosexual friends, let alone marriage, they even lead them to masturbation that many people have experienced. There are also pages for children to commit suicide. An organization named Blue Whale even instigated people to play games on the Internet, in which ending the game was an order to commit suicide. Real peace doesn't seem to be on the Internet. In the real-life, people are more distant from each other, and life is increasingly closed. There is a less and less public action, and more and more hidden words. The Internet is a multinational space, so applying a country's laws to punishing individuals is like using a buffalo knife to slaughter a sparrow.

Life is increasingly tied to the Internet. Government announcements are posted on the Internet. Communication with neighbors and daily essential shopping are also made online. After the Covid-19 pandemic, until 2020, those who like the classic lifestyle may find very difficulties if they don’t want to use laptops and smartphones. Therefore, every organization wants to make full use of the Internet. In the time when the profit is prioritized first and foremost, the Internet likely does more harm than good.

Is the Internet an unmanaged place? Without anyone's control, the children who are not immune enough will not be able to cope, often suffering from physical and mental exhaustion. Internationally, but in particular, the United States is tougher on Internet accounts. Vivid domain names, for example, .org and .net are still controlled by the US, and the US can theoretically block any toxic websites.

As the number of indecent websites grows, more righteous pages are needed to rebalance. The authors refine carefully and their words like water washing away the dirty ones on the Internet. These authors should be encouraged. It is not exaggerated to call them pioneers and apostles on the cultural front. Anyone can write, just have a conscience. Writing too short is sometimes confusing, making the reader a bit sorry. It would be great if you go deeper and more detailed. To write like that requires resources including human resources and a program with long-term patient actions. The Internet environment then will definitely be used in a more transparent way and bring more benefits to people.
